Until a toldjournal.com inbox exists, account deletion and content reporting live in the Told app. This page does not list an email address.

Help in the app

Most account work happens in Told on iOS:

• Delete your account from Profile settings. You will type your username to confirm. If you still own Spaces, transfer Creator or delete those Spaces first. If you are the last Admin, grant Admin to someone else first.
• Encryption and recovery are under Encryption Settings.
• Notifications are under Notification Settings.

Report content

If you can see an Entry that should not be in a Space, open that Entry and report it. You choose a reason: spam, harassment, hate, violence, sexual content, child safety, privacy, or something else. Told stores an encrypted copy for moderators. Ordinary journal entries stay unreadable on the server.
